Dear Colleagues,

We are in need for replacing our in-house developed system used for faculty recruiting, both applicant submission and committee reviewing.   If you wouldn’t mind sharing the following information I’d greatly appreciate it.

1.       What sort of system/software do you use for faculty applications, committee review, and hiring?

2.       Is this the same system used for general staff HR hiring?

3.       Do you have a separate system/process for PhD student applications?

Appreciate the responses,

Our HR and Banner depts. at the university level recently rolled out People Admin, and, if you would like, we would be happy to put you in touch with the folks executing both the technical and business work flow aspects of the roll out re. advice, kudos, gotchas, etc.

I'm with Carol K. on this one. :-)

We are in the early stages of pilot use of Interfolio ( ) for faculty recruiting and looking at iApplicants  ( ) for non-faculty recruiting.  Our Interfolio pilot will run for another 6-12 months but, so far, it looks very promising.
