Hi all,

Just a quick announcement -

We’re excited that Sue Workman from Indiana University will be the opening speaker of the Management Symposium 2012 SIGUCCS Conference in Memphis from October 14-19. We are delighted to kick off our event with Sue’s wit, warmth, and expertise.  Theresa actually opened the 2011 conference as the first plenary speaker last year, in fact.

If you are interested in attending this event, the early registration deadline is September 15. If you register for both the management and service & support parts of the conference, you get a discount of $250 ($760 total).  I have placed the event on the EDUCAUSE calendar as well, but I didn't want to leave the early registration deadline without remark.

Our promotional flyer is attached.

I'd like to second Allan's announcement.  This more intimate conference is terrific for those looking at services and management.
