Just a policy question.
We have an IPTV installation (30 channels) and set top boxes are available to all common area’s in Residents Halls. We would like to make STB’s available to individual student(s), but a policy is needed – first .
My question is, “who handles STB’s on your Campus?”. Is it handled by your Support Desk, Bookstore or other? Also, do you rent the boxes or sell them? If you have a policy, would you mind sharing?
