All, I'm hoping someone else has seen this issue and been able to work with the folks at Linden Lab to resolve it. We route all our outgoing traffic out on a single IP address. Liden Labs apparently restricts you to 5 account creations from a single IP address, so our students and faculty can't create accounts on campus. The work around has been to tell students and faculty they have to create the accounts at home, but that doesn't solve the problem for our residential students (and it's far from optimal on top of that). We are not in a position to change our IP routing, so I've put a ticket in with Linden Labs about this. If anyone here knows a more direct route or what magic words I will need to say to get Linden Labs to lift this restriction for our IP address, that would be very helpful. Linden Lab can white list your IP address.  If you or someone at your institution is a "land owner" (meaning, you pay LL for virtual space), you have access to their Concierge Desk, which can be reached at 1-877-236-0711
