We are in the process of changing our website to another provider/platform, which has a collateral impact that we must also change the system we use to send out our mass emails to faculty, staff, alumni, students, etc. as it runs on the same platform. We are looking a few other options such as ConstantContact and CampaignMonitor, but are running into the issue that we must provide an unsubscribe link on all emails. This is not an issue for us with alumni, but for faculty, staff, and students university policy is that they will receive them and not have a choice of unsubscribing.

I would be interested to hear what options you may be handling or have handled such a situation.
