Since 2007 over fifty institutions have used TechQual+ to assess the quality of IT service outcomes at their institution. The Higher Education TechQual+ Project provides a common survey that assesses IT service outcomes for all types of higher education institutions, survey and reporting tools that allow institutions to collect data and analyze IT service outcomes, and a peer database that allows for comparisons across all institutions of higher education. Best of all, these tools are provided for free free non-profit institutions of higher education.

We have scheduled two meetings regarding the Higher Education TechQual+ Project at EDUCAUSE 2011. These meetings are scheduled as follows:

Orientation Regarding TechQual+ (for individuals new to the project)
Thursday, October 20, 2011 at 2:30pm

Discussion for Current TechQual+ Institutions / Participants
Thursday, October 20, 2011 at 4:00pm

Both of these meetings are scheduled in the Constituent Group and Community Lounge at the conference facility. Please email Timothy Chester @ if you have questions. Please visit the project Web site at for more information about TechQual+.
