Good afternoon all,
I realize that similar questions have been posted before, but this time I’ll seeking help from colleges and universities with less than 5,000 FTE. We’re trying to see if we are “right sized” with respect to others in terms of support staff for technology. If you’d respond I’d greatly appreciate it and I’d be happy to post a summary of the responses. Please indicate the number of full time (include part time help as a decimal equivalent of a full timer based on the number hours per week they work). DO NOT include student workers in any area other than “Student Workers” even if they help to support the other specific areas.
Approximate FTE of the student population:
For items 1-10 please consider the IT or Technology Department only, not any other departments.
