Is anyone using a system to maintain and update (also store) electronic promotion and tenure records for faculty? We have a department that wants to go paperless and have the committee use a system to which could eventually be added the Chair, the Dean, the VPAA and eventually the President. The system would have to do work flow, for example. If so, how is it working for you? If you have not purchased a turnkey solution, what are you doing (a share on a server for each committee/Blackboard ...)? Thanks, Frank F. X.
