We are working with the local community performing arts center, assisting them in preparing an RFP for a new ticketing system. For those of you who have a campus performing arts center, I’d appreciate the opportunity to review a recent similar RFP.

Jim,

We don't have an RFP but did just go live with Vendini and it could not have been easier.  It has ticket sales, online credit card processing, seat selection, multiple event options, etc.  Our Box Office site is at http://www.ashland.edu/operations/box-office and while it still needs a little work we have made remarkable progress in a short amount of time with not a great deal of effort from the IT staff.

Not an RFP but a company that does most all one needs. We are opening a new theater and the person in charge went with these folks. The are the backend for TheaterMania. Handle everything from ticket purchase to printing and credit card PCI compliance. Since nothing is in production yet I can comment on good, bad, ugly!!! Best, Rob
