Our Health Services department has requested that all medical forms (medical, immunization, insurance, etc…) be submitted directly to them in order to comply with HIPPA regulations. I would be interested how other < 1000 FTE institutions (or anybody else) are handling student medical forms and how HIPPA plays into your processes.
