Sul Ross State University (SRSU) has openings for 4 positions in the Office of Information Technology (OIT). The four openings are: 

1) Director of Customer Service and Instructional Technology (https://www.sulross.edu/pages/5862.asp?jobid=10580): Oversee helpdesk operations, customer service counters, instructional technology, and student open access computer labs.

 

2) Director of OIT-RGC operations (https://www.sulross.edu/pages/5862.asp?jobid=10581): Oversee RGC-OIT operations including but not limited to instructional technology, computers, servers, networking, telecommunication systems and student open access computer labs.

 

3) Help-desk coordinator (https://www.sulross.edu/pages/5862.asp?jobid=10582): Assist with receiving and processing helpdesk calls and managing the student workers at the helpdesk and OIT managed computer labs.

 

4) Technical Support Specialist II (https://www.sulross.edu/pages/5862.asp?jobid=10574): The Technical Support Specialist delivers OIT customer support by assisting with troubleshooting and maintaining IT equipment including but not limited to computers, printers, scanners, projectors, etc.
