Good morning, Colleagues! I have a quick question for you. Have you either been involved or provided a technical support survey to your students to determine how well you are supporting your online (or other) programs?  How did determine your “categories?” Would you mind sharing your survey with us?

Thanks, in advance!!

Nathaniel,

Good morning. Thanks for asking about assessing how well you are supporting your online (or other) programs. Have you seen the Techqual+ project? https://www.techqual.org/docs/default.aspx

Furman University just completed our 6th year using Techqual to assess our community's perception of information technology service quality. We've found it to be very helpful and flexible. You could use it to assess and compare both your online and other support.

While we're still analyzing our 2013 survey, you can find Furman's 2012 survey analysis here:

Good luck with your assessment efforts,

Fred
