Please consider participating in the annual EDUCAUSE Enterprise IT Leadership Conference May 16-18. Those attending this event in past years are aware that this is a great opportunity to network with fellow thought leaders, and to discuss a wide range of timely and relevant issues impacting our organizations.

This year's event is co-located in Indianapolis with the EDUCAUSE Security Professionals Conference. Featured keynotes include current UC Berkeley CIO, and newly appointed Senior VP at Internet2 for Net+ Services, Shel Waggener speaking to the new rules of the road for higher ed IT; a senior cabinet level panel of CIO Michele Norin, VP for Student Affairs Levester Johnson, and Vice President for Finance & Administration Roger Bruszewski, speaking on effective communications for IT security on campus; Director of IT Policy Tracy Mitrano, and Chief Privacy and Security Officer Ann Geyer, speaking to policy and legal issues involving third party sourcing contracts; and EDUCAUSE VP Susan Grajek presenting what IT leaders need to know about analytics, and why it matters so much.

The complete program is available at and the early registration period ends April 16.

I hope you will join us in Indianapolis.
