Greetings, The EDUCAUSE Learning Initiative (ELI) is doing research into current practices of faculty engagement and development. Question: are you using a CRM application or similar tool to manage and coordinate your efforts in this area? Or are you seriously considering using a CRM application for this purpose? many thanks in advance, Best Malcolm Brown Director, EDUCAUSE Learning Initiative ********** Participation and subscription information for this EDUCAUSE Constituent Group discussion list can be found at

At Molloy we are not using such tools and are not planning to in the 1-2 year time frame. Best, Rob Dr. Robert Paterson Vice President - Information Technology, Planning and Research Molloy College Rockville Centre, NY Main College number: 516-323-3000 Direct number: 516-323-4850
Malcolm, We us a CRM for recruitment and retention. Each has some components of faculty engagement. Within this system we also harness predictive analytics, event processing and workflow management. I would be happy to share more details offline if you would see value in a conversation.
