White labelled job-board for students & prospective employers
BCIT has been running an in house developed job board (called “eJobs”) for a number of years now that works essentially like a private version of Workopolis or Monster or any other web based commercial job board. We want to decommission our home-grown solution, and move this functionality to some sort of white labeled cloud/SaaS offering.
From a functional/sponsor perspective, system is owned and coordinated through a group on campus called Learner Services. They promote this service to our students, and then solicit potential employers to post jobs to the job board (at a modest cost to the employer). This allows the students upload their resumes and to view all of the jobs posted and indicate their interest in any of them (no cost to the student) and gives the employer the opportunity to download student resumes that they are interested in. It does result in a modest revenue stream for the Learner Services department.
Does anyone use a commercial offering that can be white labeled and used for this purpose??? NOTE: this is not for our Institutional vacancies – we have a place where all of our BCIT vacancies get posted on our web site.
I look forward to suggestions!!!!
