Colleagues –
We are currently researching workflow automation solutions.  We currently have a SharePoint platform in place, so ideally the solution we choose would integrate with our SharePoint environment.  A few questions that I’d greatly appreciate your feedback on:
  • Does anyone have experience with using K2 software (  If so, could you provide feedback about the experience?
  • Other than K2, does anyone have recommendations for a workflow/BPM solution provider that could be utilized with SharePoint?
  • For those who are using Banner as your campus ERP, are you utilizing the “automated electronic personnel action form” feature?  If so, would you be willing to share your experience and possibly provide a contact to discuss further with our Payroll Manager?
