We are currently testing Gmail with our undergraduate Google Guides. They have asked about applying a template to their Gmail, which is a feature available in the commercial/consumer service. I haven't found a way to do this in the Apps for Education. Anyone else figure it out? Thanks! Hi, Carlyn.

You might want to try the "Canned Responses" Lab, which offers some basic template features.

Hi Carlyn,

Maricopa is migrating and we're working with Canned Responses as well.  Not easily I might add as we have to send communications with an approved Marketing standard banner.  Graphics aren't working real well for us as we're using Google Chrome as the standard and we've found ADA compliance issues.  We recently had to send a note to all of our employees giving them a ADA workaround for using Outlook while we work with Google.
