IT Communicators,

The October coffee shop date is this Friday, October 19, 11AM-noon Central.
Login details are in the wiki:
http://www.educause.edu/wiki/virtual-coffee-shop

No topics have been suggested to date.  Two themes that keep coming up in my area are1)  student printing and 2) peer benchmarking like the ITCOMM title/reporting structure stats collected by Patrick Chinn (U Oregon).  We'll kick off with these topics and then address questions other communicators raise in the coffee shop.

See you in the coffee shop!
Carlyn

I could talk about Student Printing a bit.  What we are doing, what students are telling us,  and what the ECAR 2012 survey says about it.
