Subject: Fwd: conference lunch, supper, yoga, Zumba

IT Communicators, It's annual conference, and we have several ways to connect with each other if you are here in Denver. First, there is the IT Comm constituent group meeting tomorrow, Thursday, at 9:10am in the Mile High Ballroom 2C/3C. Unfortunately, I've already heard from several of our members that there are pertinent-to-their-needs sessions scheduled at the same time and it's a tough decision which to attend. Next up for casual meetings is the CG lounge. I was in Philly only half a day last year, but I hear this was an easy meeting place and I've peeked inside the lounge here in Denver and was impressed by comfy couches, end tables and lamps - it almost feels like a convention-sized Starbucks! Lunch meetings were popular in the past, and the CG lounge might be a good place to look for each other when you get your box lunch. For supper or other meet-ups, you can leave a note on the "ideas" boards where the CG description posters are found. My second (or is it third?) mid-life crisis has led to a healthy mind-body obsession, and I'm doing Zumba at lunch and in the evenings --when I am not at relaxation Yoga. If you enjoy either activity, email me and I'll tell you which studios I'm attending (both require a $5-7 cab ride). See you in the conference center! Carlyn
