We have a monthly Status and Activity Report that is an executive level report for our deans, VPs and department heads. Anyone else can also signup on a listserv to view the report and it's posted on our website every month. Nothing too fancy (design wise), just the info about what's happening. We try to hit the highlights in a few key areas and keep the report to no more than three pages. http://eits.uga.edu/about/reports Thanks!
