Hi IT Communicators, I need examples of how you've marketed IT services for today's coffee shop since my last experience in this area was around 2006 when we launched a new network and attempted to implement a service level agreement. If you'll be in the coffee shop, paste links for your examples in the chat. If you can't make the coffee shop, please email me your examples to include in the notes on the wiki. Thanks! Hi, While I'm not directly involved in coordination of IT Communications for my school, we're often engaged to publish support content. Here's one recent example of our launch of Unified Communications, which we dubbed "UniCom". Service home - http://unicom.iu.edu/ IT News example - http://uitsnews.iu.edu/2011/11/09/take-full-advantage-of-ius-unified-com... Recent news about availability of new mobile clients for this service - http://uitsnews.iu.edu/2012/01/11/mobile-apps-for-unicom/ I'll be on the call and can discuss more, if it's helpful. Thanks, Chuck Chuck Aikman Manager, Knowledge Management Indiana University University Information Technology Services

Here are UW-Milwaukee, I do a series of campaigns with specific messaging and target audiences. Examples include information security messaging, marketing our TechStore and TechRepair facilities, new freshmen marketing, etc. I'll email some of our documentation after the meeting today when I can get a "feel" for what others may be interested in.
