I've recently been informed of the existence of this group and I'm hoping that you might help me out with some data gathering.

I'm looking to see how other institutions are currently tracking metrics and have attached an informal survey below.  If you will fill it out or have someone you would like to forward it on to fill out, I would greatly appreciate it.  I will gladly share the results with the group and anyone interested as well.
