Thanks in advance.
Any thoughts on this are welcome.
I am just wondering if anyone has something like this in place or is thinking of it. Part of me wonders if the benefit outweighs the cost of development or not.
We do have a training for base level knowledge that we expect of all student workers, but we are not sure exactly where to go with the "badging" idea.
Right now we are in the development stage.
Then an ITS employee could go to a website or some other source and say they need someone to work on an Excel project, that person could look at a list and see who has the Excel badge and pick from that pool.
Some how these student workers earn these badges. Perhaps a test or through peer review or supervisor review?
Hello All,I have been tasked with developing and implementing a "Badging" system for student workers. The idea being that some core competencies are developed. For example a networking badge, printer troubleshooting badge, etc.
