Hello All,

As part of my doctoral research, I am conducting a study on ITIL, specifically on benefits of IT Service Catalog(ue). Recently, I completed an interesting research on adoption of IT Service catalog at US Universities. A paper based on this research is currently under peer review at a journal . I truly believe this paper will be of interest to our group. A draft copy of the paper is available at https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_KHIy5RT7IOQjNveUVmb1RLYmM/edit?usp=sharing. Once published, I will share the final version with our group.

As I continue my research on different aspects of IT Service catalog adoption, I am reaching out to you, requesting response to a survey. Survey is available at  http://edu.surveygizmo.com/s3/1418110/Survey-on-benefits-of-IT-Service-Catalogue. Survey should take about 10-12 minutes of your time. Your response will help improve public domain knowledge on benefits of IT service catalog management. When you respond to the survey, you also have an option to receive a copy of research findings directly from me.

I really appreciate your time. If you have any questions & comments, please do contact me.

Thanks & Best Regards,

Anand

Hi Anand,

I'm a member of the Educause ITIL list, and would love to have a look at your draft paper.

I sent the Google Doc request to you a few moments ago.  Good luck on your peer review!
