Good Afternoon All,

Does anyone use any type of survey or other process to collect input from faculty/staff when deciding what type of computer to purchase for them? If so, would you be willing to share it?

Thanks,
Robin

Thanks for the input Jim!

Robin

The only feedback we seek is whether the user wants Windows or OS X as the operating system on their laptop/desktop.  We standardized on Apple hardware a few years ago, so we only purchase/lease one desktop model (the base 21.5" iMac with extra RAM) and one laptop model (the 13" MacBook Pro with extra RAM).

We are currently about 90/10 split on OS X / Windows (90% OS X, 10% Windows) across the board.
