Message from bgray@sstx.org

We have two carts of iPads that we have been managing with Configurator (which requires a USB connection).  The person in my office who manages them is trying to make the iPads take updates wirelessly with Meraki.  He has run into a problem:

It seems as occasionally or always that when I try to push a new app with Meraki to iPads, the iPads prompt me to login to my iTunes account......

Is there a way to keep a iTunes account logged in always?

If you have any experience with this and can answer  few questions, please contact Mark Porter ( mporter@sstx.org ).

Message from rbeaver@rosemontschool.org

To piggyback on Brian's request...we are using Meraki and want to "clean it up a bit" but are wondering about impact to users. Would anyone be willing to chat with our tech guys for a few minutes about this?

In the meantime Brian, I will forward this message to our tech guys and see if they have encountered this before...

Thanks,
Robin
