Greetings!

On October 29th, The Williston Northampton School will be hosting an event for “The League of Geekdom” (A Facebook group I created with peers [https://www.facebook.com/groups/217347808283583/] [You’re welcome to join the group!]).

We are planning the event to be both in-person at the school and virtual (through as yet to be determined conferencing software).

Below is the current agenda, and we are planning 9am to 2pm, but depending on the number of presenters/topics it could go longer.

Meet and Greet [on campus; perhaps a virtual meeting room for those attending online]

Live@EDU/Office 365 for education transition (Joseph Lorenzatti, Williston Northampton School)

Emergency Management Planning (Andrew Shelffo, Williston Northampton School)

iPad deployments with Apple Configurator and Casper MDM (Mike Schmelder, Lancaster Country Day School)

*new* Wireless site surveys on the cheap using Wi-Spy and VIsiwave (Mat Krest, Williston Northampton School)

If you would like to present or have a topic you’d like to see covered please feel free to contact me.  If you are unable to attend in person, we can arrange a virtual presentation!

*new* COST PER PERSON ATTENDING ON CAMPUS: $10 (includes continental breakfast and lunch).

*new* While you are welcome to join us at the last minute, I need to give our Dining Services a head count.  If you are planning to attend on campus, please RSVP to me by October 24th.
