I apologize for the cross post but am looking for as much feedback as possible. Our business/admissions offices are looking at moving to online admissions. We use Blackbaud as our back end, and are looking at Infosnap and TADS as the possible front end data collectors. Does anyone have any experience with them in terms of integrating to Blackbaud? It looks to me like Infosnap adds on a module to your local Blackbaud and processes things there. TADS appears to just give you an excel spreadsheet, and you have to figure out how to match up the fields ad do the Blackbaud import. Any comments/experience are welcome.

We have been using ifosnap for a couple of years. It is not as "hands-free" as I would like it to be, but it does work.

And yes, it is a module that is loaded into BB.

At Riverdale Country School (Bronx, NY) We've been using infosnap for several years and have generally found them to be generally responsive and they're still better than Blackbaud's offering - we re-evaluate Blackbaud's online enrollment/reenrollment forms offering every year. It seems like infosnap is still kinda the only game in town unless you're willing to buy the somewhat deprecated Education Edge API and get someone to program for you!
