Hi everyone, GA has instituted an Operations Committee this year and I'm wondering if we have all the players at the table. The committee currently includes the Head of School, COO, Assistant COO, Director of Facilities, Director of Athletics, Director of IT, Director of HR. If you have an Ops Committee at your school, can you share who makes up your team? My previous school had (has?) a Large Administrative Group (includes all of the people you mentioned, plus Associate Head of School, Academic Dean and Dean of Students, and Development).  The Small Administrative Group was Head and Associate Head of School, CFO, Academic Dean, and Dean of Students.

My current school has the same arrangement, more or less.

It seems to me that every operations issue is going to affect students in one way or another.  I would include the Academic Dean in your group.
