Hello all!

I am new to the public speaking world and have done about 6 in the past year. I was asked to give a talk to a private middle school (180 students/coed) from middle class background about sports/healthy living.

I LOVE talking to students. I have a psychology background (LPC in Connecticut). Played field hockey in college.

Any suggestions on resources to help? Any tips? Places to start? I'm comfortable presenting but I'm not as confident writing the talk. Questions to ask the people who are asking me to talk?
