Brandon,
I believe our honors and judicial affairs folks use Judicial Action ) http://www.judicialaction.com/ ). From their website:
Judicial Action™ is a judicial process management system. It is the standard for filing, processing, managing, reporting, and preventing student violations within colleges and universities nationwide. It addresses the judicial needs of student affairs administrators, housing departments, atheltics programs, hearing officers, and law enforcement agencies.
Clery Action™ enables compliance with federal reporting under the campus security (clery) Act. It provides for full and acurrate reporting as mandated by the US Department of Education.
JudicialAction™ and CleryAction™ are proven and tested and have been in use by leading US colleges and universities.
Thanks,
Frank

Importantly, Report Exes has a user friendly module for Clery Act reporting, which was a key requirement in our RFP process.
