The University of Texas at San Antonio is now accepting applications to fill two vacancies for senior information security analyst positions in the Office of Information Security. The job listing (a single listing for both vacancies) can be found at https://www.utsajobs.com/.

UTSA has 31,000 enrolled students on two academic campuses and there are plenty of technical and managerial opportunities in our 11-person office for the right candidate. In addition to the Office of Information Security, UTSA also has a Center for Infrastructure Assurance and Security (http://cias.utsa.edu/) and an Institute for Cyber Security (http://ics.utsa.edu/). San Antonio has a high concentration of information security professionals and information security organizations so there are plenty of local opportunities to interact and collaborate with others in information security.

If you know of anyone in the field who might be interested in this opportunity, please pass this on.
