MCCCD is interested in institutions use Intelliresponse as part of their tool set for support.  I apologize if this is not the correct listserv however we need this information urgently as we’re trying to finalize a Call Center RFP as well as build one for a future tracking system with is ITIL compliant.  Thank you for your time.
