Hi Folks,

Our Facilities group is looking at several specific vendors for capital project management software.  Is anyone using AssetWorks, e-builder, Skire or ProjectMates?

Thanks for your help.

Greetings all!

We are launching a PMO and have narrowed our choices for PM software to three vendors. Have any of you used or had positive/negative experiences with the following (in alphabetical order)?

Clarizen (www.clarizen.com)
Daptiv (www.daptiv.com)
Genius (http://www.geniusinside.com/)

We are looking to implement basic functionality and expand over time, hopefully to include the entire university outside of IT. Governance is also important to us.

I want to make sure we focus the tool on achieving outcomes and not get too wrapped up in process.

Thanks in advance, and feel free to contact me off list. I will compile results and share back with the group.

Best,

Robert
