Good morning

We used Dell Consulting Services. The engineer did a great job assisting with architecture, implementation and knowledge transfer.

The University of Kansas Medical Center just migrated from Groupwise to Exchange/Outlook and used Insight for technical and Project Management assistance.   This included Lync.   As you can imagine, this conversion was substantial and it went very well.

Here’s the contact information for our sales contact

Hi Cathy-

We used Microsoft directly through our Dell contract. We have a campus-wide agreement. We deployed 1,500 Lync phones in less than a year, and we are now in our 2nd phase of deployment.

But a vendor that I would recommend for consulting services is Catapult systems. They did our SharePoint implementation and went very well. Although they did not do our Lync implementation, we went to a Lync demo session with them and were very impressed with their knowledge. However, we were already in the middle of the road and decided not to engage with another vendor for Lync. This is their info:

Good luck,

Rita

Shannon,

Are you using MS-365?  Also, is your email system for the entire campus, students, faculty and staff?

Thanks,

Royce

Hell Cathy,

I spoke with one of our server engineers who is heading up our Lync project. He said that we have talking with Chris Sheridan of Sentri Inc in MA about having his group walk us through a possible Lync 2013 build with VoIP. If you need more information, let me know and I’ll see what else I can find out.
Thanks!

Scott
