Here in Washington state (oh, the beautiful Pacific Northwest) we are authorized to utilize interagency and interlocal agreements to use other University or government agencies contracts as appropriate.
Has anyone done a competitive procurement that has Mozy as the winner? Do your regulations allow for Interagency agreements for utilization of your agreements for piggybacking?
