Hi –

We are evaluating contract management software and would welcome your recommendations (or not) of any software products you currently use.  Our scope includes all information technology contracts including software licensing and subscriptions, professional services, data use agreements, hosted services, etc.

Thanks!

June

Colleagues,

We are exploring the possibility of purchasing contract management software. If your institution uses such a program I would greatly appreciate information on the vendor, any feedback you are willing to provide, and/or any recommendations you may have.

Thanks in advance.

Yo Dude!  We use ServiceNOW, which has a Contract Management module.  I know this is of no help, but just wanted to say hi.  Hope you are well.  Go Gaels!  ;-)

Hey to you too.  Things must be better at St. Mary’s?  You sound great these days.

All good here, if stressed and harried…

Sorry all for the (supposed to be) off-list conversation.  That’s what happens when you hit “Reply” and don’t look.

We have just started using a package under the Internet2 NET+ program called Revenue Vision -- http://www.thesdg.com/revenuevision.htm

They have done a lot with Auxillary enterprises. We are going to work with them to think about managing the IT enterprise contracts and internal agreements with departments and groups.
