Contracts with CRM vendor - RightNow Technologies - (now owned by Oracle)

I would love to hear from those schools that use RightNow Technologies and have gone through a contract renewal since the Oracle acquisition. We have recently been quoted a renewal price that is a 100% increase over our current contract. With increases like that, we may be forced to abandon the service, currently branded, “AskTOM” at the U of Memphis. Have others seen these types of increases in their renewal quotes?
