The schools here in Ohio that have implemented Microsoft's Live@Edu service have been holding quarterly conference calls to share ideas, frustrations and discuss common experiences with the service.  The calls have typically included both tech support types and service support folks.

We discuss things like service issues, identity management, issues with outsourcing fac/staff, system outages, the transition to Office365, etc.  So they're often wide-ranging conversations.

For our last call of 2011, we'd like to extend an invitation to other schools outside of Ohio join in the call.  If you're a school that has moved student and/or staff email to Microsoft's Live@Edu or if you are in the planning stages, we'd welcome your participation.  The call is scheduled for Thursday, December 8th 3-4pm EST.  

Please contact and tell me a little about what your school is doing with Microsoft Live@Edu and I'll send you the call details with the phone number, etc.
