We have used WebCheckout for many years for our equipment inventory and loan processes. It was used in several departments in different ways by having their own â€œservice centersâ€ established. As I recall, it worked very well with little application problems. Relatively simple to use, but Iâ€™m not too sure about the self-service functionality of it for we did not implement it in that way. Works well for check-outs in different departments, unlimited types of resources, uses email notifications for reminders and such, limited reporting features.
