The Information Technology Services division is a dynamic consolidated IT organization for UC Santa Cruz using IT service management principles and processes.  The Help Desk Lead is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and technical support for clients through the Help Desk. The Help Desk Lead provides supervision and technical leadership to a team of Support Center Coordinators and students who are a first point of contact for IT service and support requests to the campus population of faculty, staff and students. UC Santa Cruz, located 75 miles south of San Francisco, is one of the ten campuses of the University of California.
