Kronos TimeKeeper
Is there anyone using Kronos Time Keeper on a hosted or non- hosted server that the employees log onto using the browser on their computer?
Every time there is a Java update we get tons of calls that the users can’t log into Kronos they get a java needs updated message. In reality Kronos is looking for 3 versions back of Java.
There are large companies out there using Kronos successfully so I can’t imagine there isn’t a fix for this.
Support is less than helpful.
Thanks

We do and run into the same issues. We've added the HTML interface as a link under "My Links" in Kronos so people can get to that even if the Java fails to load.
