Thanks to those of you who participated in our survey earlier this month, we had 25 respondents! Based on the responses, we’ll discuss how to meet these challenges of knowledge management:

·         finding the time/resources to maintain content

·         collecting and converting existing content

·         getting institutional buy-in to contribute and approve content

We’ll discuss how crowd-sourcing and a collaborative effort can meet these challenges and deliver quality self-service help content to the clients at our institutions.

Join us online March 20 at 3:00pm (EDT) at http://connect.iu.edu/kits and use your computer headset to participate in the conversation. Optionally, you can join via phone by dialing (812) 856-7060, then enter 227572#. For more information about the Kuali IT Support Knowledge Management System (KMS) and archives of previous presentations, see http://kuali.org/kms. This session will be recorded and made available there, as well. Please join us live, if you’re available so you may participate and add value to the conversation.

Kind regards,

Chuck
