Thanks to those of you who participated in our survey earlier this month, we had 25 respondents! Based on the responses, we’ll discuss how to meet these challenges of knowledge management:

·         finding the time/resources to maintain content

·         collecting and converting existing content

·         getting institutional buy-in to contribute and approve content

 

We’ll discuss how crowd-sourcing and a collaborative effort can meet these challenges and deliver quality self-service help content to the clients at our institutions.
