Position Title: Technology Support Specialist
Department: Information Technology - N

Location: UCI Campus - Irvine
 
Job Summary: 
The Academic Web Technologies group (AWT) in the Office of Information Technology (OIT) builds and maintains UC Irvine's online course management system, the Electronic Educational Environment (EEE - https://eee.uci.edu). You will work directly with the AWT team to provide technical support, self-service help documentation, and in-person training for the EEE website, assisting faculty, staff, and students at UCI. You will play a key role in the software development life cycle, planning and implementing quality control processes to validate new features and system enhancements. Acting as a liaison between EEE users and the AWT team, you will identify instructional innovate technology uses and campus needs and help to develop project proposals and ensure that system updates are effectively implemented to meet users' needs.
 
Salary: Range $52,228 - $78,522
Work Schedule: 8-5, M-F
Career Position.
Final candidate subject to background check.
