I wish you all the best as you pursue your goals.  Several years ago I would have enjoyed participating with such a group but I am currently looking at retirement in less than two years at the ripe old age of 60.  Far too young to be not ‘working.’  I still believe that I have much to give but find the ‘current’ administration not very receptive nor respectful of my experiences, skills, and ideas.

It would be interesting to take a ‘view over your shoulder’ as you start collaborating with other young professionals.  So if you don’t mind added me to your list, I would be much appreciative.

I'd love to have you involved to the extent you want to be. Your perspective would provide valuable input, I think! I am working on a web site that will provide more information, have the ability to blog, have discussions, offer surveys, etc. We'll probably meet via email, phone conferences, webex type video calls, etc. It would be cool to meet once or twice a year in person if we can find a mutual place to meet. This group will be created as a "community of practice", and we'll discuss our journey, try out suggestions and come back to report on how those suggestions worked, tweak processes, etc. I think it will be fun while at the same time provide value and meaning, so I'm excited about it!

I'm hoping to get the web site to the point where it can be made publicly available by the end of this weekend, so I'll send you the link. After you have a chance to read more, we can have a phone chat if you think you might still be interested in some form of involvement.

I look forward to talking with you again soon!
