The Women in IT constituent group will be getting together at Tuesday's breakfast, which is located in Salon J/K at the Hilton Austin. Our goals will be to share
  • experiences of working in a male-dominated field;
  • encouragement (see above!);
  • goals for recruitment, retention, and advancement of women in IT; and 
  • NCWIT resources that can be put to use.
