I found this article really interesting and was grateful to the women who took the time to share their experiences. I thought it was interesting that all of the women stated it was important for them to continue in high positions and encourage other women to be there as well. 

If young women (like myself) don't see women in CIO/Executive positions, it is discouraging and it more difficult to aspire to a role such as that if no one else has "gone there" before. Thanks to all the women who are breaking grounds in Higher-Ed IT positions.
