Has anyone had any experience with a tool like this one?

We purchased Netbrain a few months ago. We currently only have a couple client licenses, so we are limiting it to mostly engineering type duties. The client licenses are not cheap, which makes it a bit prohibitive to making it available to all your techs (in my opinion). For this reason we tend to use it more as a documentation tool instead of a troubleshooting tool.

If you’re interested I would suggest getting a trial license and trying it out for a few weeks. All you need is a Windows server, we put ours on a physical, I’m not sure about VM support.
