Aruba antennas and mounts
Message from reb@ncsu.edu
Oh great listserv, I would like your assistance. We are planning on moving from Cisco to Aruba. I wondering if anyone is using outdoor MIMO antennas and articulating mounts that are not made by Aruba. The mount that they have suggested is a little heavy and bulky so we'd like to try to identify something else. For the Cisco antennas we were using a Cushcraft universal articulating mount but eventually started having to modify those to make them work.
Suggestions, thoughts!

We've used Terrawave antennas, specifically these: http://www.terra-wave.com/shop/80211n-245-ghz-6-dbi-mimo-patch-antenna-w... The articulating mount feels a bit on the flimsy side though so I'm not sure I'd use it anywhere there would be significant wind loading. -- Nick Kartsioukas Cuesta College Computer Services 805-546-3248 ********** Participation and subscription information for this EDUCAUSE Constituent Group discussion list can be found at http://www.educause.edu/groups/.
