Hi Trent,

Unified Communications is a very broad term.  (Doesn't help that Cisco has applied this term to most of it's voice portfolio)

Are you looking to start a listserv for voicemail/email integration?  (Traditional interpretation of the term) Or a listserv for VoIP base phone systems.
